Q:  Do I need to call to confirm my appointment when I book online?  Or will I get a confirmation call?
A: No, you don't need to call and you will not recieve a confirmation call because your appointment is automatically confirmed when you receive the confirmation message & email.  We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance.  Please note that appointments booked online are actual appointments that are confirmed please give a courtesy call in  24 hours or more in advance if you will be late or can not make your appointment. No shows $25 fee is added to your next bill.
Q:What are your business hours & do you accept walk-ins?
A:  Yes, walk-ins are always welcome! We advise you call before walk-in if you are wanting a lengthy service. Our business hours are Tue.-Fri. 8am-7:30pm, Saturday 6:30am-4:00pm.
Q: What products do you use?
A. Ashtae, Jane Carter Solutions, Narobi, Design Essentials, Paul Brown, Relaxer-Straight Request Sensitive scalp and Power plus for resistant hair, Chi Hair Color Ammonia Free!
Q:  How do I keep my hair healthy and looking good!
A.  Make sure you wrap your hair at night with a silk scarve , make sure you are using Nourish & shine as a daily moisturizer for your  hair, and follow other directives given by your stylist.  Get regular trims, stick to a relaxer schedule of 4 to 6 weeks, and refrain from the use of chi irons and other forms of heat at home. 
Q.  What products can I use on my hair to maintain my hairstyle?
A.  We have products that you can take home with you to maintain your style and keep your hair healthy. Each product is based on your indivdual hair care needs.
